If you are filling in the forms electronically, there are a couple ways to submit them to the school:
- You can save/download the fillable form to your computer/tablet as a PDF. Open it on your computer/tablet, fill in and attach it to an e-mail and send to minnoff@westernsd.mb.ca. If you submit the registration forms online, feel free to send a copy or photo of the required documents listed below via e-mail to minnoff@westernsd.mb.ca or stop in at the school and we can copy it for you.
- You can fill in the paperwork and print it to drop it off.
We require the following documents when registering your child at school either online or in person:
- a birth certificate or other legal document with legal name and birthdate
- a copy of your child's permanent resident document or student/visitor visa document if you are new to Canada
- proof of address (utility bill, driver's license)
Any families that are requesting a school outside of their catchment area (with the exception of French Immersion) will need to fill out a School of Choice form. These are available on our school website under the title “Registration Information" or at the school office.
