If you are filling in the forms electronically, there are a couple ways to submit them to the school:
- You can save/download the fillable form to your computer/tablet as a PDF. Open it on your computer/tablet, fill in and attach it to an e-mail and send to minnoff@westernsd.mb.ca
- You can fill in the paperwork and print it to drop it off.
Any families that are requesting a school outside of their catchment area (with the exception of French Immersion) will need to fill out a School of Choice form. These are available on our school website under the title “Registration Information" or at the school office.
