Hello, my name is Geoff Sutton and I have been the Principal of Minnewasta School since 2018. I am lucky to be part of a great school with amazing staff, parents and especially students! Working together with stakeholders, I take a consultative/collaborative approach to developing school priorities and supporting the learning of every student.
I am dedicated to creating safe and inclusive learning environments for all, supporting teacher development, building a culture of evidence-based learning and fostering connections between our school and the community.
We have 2 administrative assistants at Minnewasta School. Our full time Administrative Assistant is Jenelle Strome. Our lunch hour/p.m. Administrative Assistant is Chelsey Bornn. Our office staff will be happy to welcome you to the school and assist you with your needs.
