We will always confirm receipt of your child's registration once received.
If you are submitting any of the forms online and find the “Submit" button does not work, it may be due the program used on your computer/tablet, etc. for opening PDF files. They are not all compatible (Chrome & Microsoft Edge may not allow the “Submit" function to work). This form works best with Adobe Pro or Acrobat PDF Reader.
A couple ways around this:
1. You can save the fillable form to your computer/tablet as a PDF. Open it on your computer/tablet, fill in and attach it to an e-mail to mloff@westernsd.mb.ca
2. You can save the fillable form to your computer/tablet as a PDF. Open it on your computer/tablet, fill in and the “Submit" button should now work.
3. You can fill in the paperwork and print it to drop it off.
