​​To complete the registration process, please provide a copy of the following documents:

• Child's Birth Certificate (or another legal document containing their legal name and birth date) - This is usually a government-issued document that shows your child's legal name and birth date.

• Proof of Residency - Examples include a utility bill (electric, water, or gas bill), a lease agreement, or any official document that verifies your address.
• Proof of Citizenship (for newcomers to Canada) – Copy of Permanent Residence document or Study/Work Permit for both parent and child.
  

You can submit these documents by emailing a copy or photo when you send in your registration form. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit the office in person, and we can make a copy for you at that time.

Please pass this information on to any parents of 4-year-old children (born in 2020) who reside in Western School Division.
