Regarding COVID-19 restrictions, there is some important information to keep in mind when signing up:
- Due to the Manitoba Government’s decision to move our region to Restricted Level Orange, all conferences at ÉMMS will be done virtually using Microsoft Teams unless there are extenuating circumstances.
- If you require an in-person meeting, we ask that you contact the office to make arrangements and follow all health guidelines when visiting the school. This includes the following:
· Self-screen for symptoms and if any are present, contact the school to reschedule for a virtual meeting.
· Sanitize hands upon entering the building.
· Wear a mask wherever two meters distance cannot be maintained.
· Enter school at the closest door to your child’s classroom.
· Limit interaction within the building (go directly to and from appointments, avoid touching things if possible).
· Limit number of people attending (preferred for siblings to stay home and for Parents/guardians only to attend).
· Please be on time to your appointment and exit promptly afterward to avoid congestion.
· See attached COVID-19 Manitoba Guidelines – if any of these pertain to you, please call the school to cancel your appointment time OR arrange for a virtual meeting.

Directions:
1) Click on the link below for your children – they are divided up by Grade. * French Immersion classes are grouped together on one link.*
2) Enter your e-mail address – you will get a confirmation e-mail (please keep as your reminder)
3) Fill in your child’s name – first and last
4) Find each child’s teacher
5) Select an appointment time for your child’s homeroom teacher
6) Click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page
Important points to remember:
- Once a time is selected, it will be removed from the listing to ensure no one else takes your spot – please remember it may take a few minutes to disappear, which could cause duplicate appointments – we will call you if this happens to reschedule.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent once appointment has been booked (keep this as your reminder)
- It is best if you close off the webpage after booking first appointment and re-click the links in the e-mail to book another appointment – it does take a minute for the webpage to update and accept your time entered
- If a change is needed after you have signed up, please contact the office to cancel you existing appointment and then use the link to sign up for a new time slot. If a mistake is made during registration or you need to cancel your appointment, please call or email Amanda Sumner in the ÉMMS office.
