Directions:
1) Click on the below link for your
children – they are divided up by Grade
2) Fill in your child’s name – first
and last
3) Enter your e-mail address – you
will get a confirmation e-mail (please keep as your reminder)
4) Find each child’s homeroom teacher
5) Select an appointment time for
each of your children
Important points to remember:
- once a time is selected, it will be
removed from the listing to ensure no one else takes your spot
- remember to record your appointment
times or save your e-mail confirmation
- it is best if you close off the webpage
after booking first appointment and re-click the links in the e-mail to book another appointment – it does take a few seconds for the webpage to update and accept your time entered
- if you choose not to sign-up online,
you will be assigned a time that is still available once online sign-up closes on Mar. 13th and a letter will be sent home (as done in the past)
- if a change is needed after you have
