Just a reminder that the deadline for signing up for student involved conferences is on Tuesday, November 12^th at 9:00am.

If you have not already signed up please do so by following the directions and links below.  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me (Amanda) by phone (204-822-6225) or by email asumner@westernsd.mb.ca .

If you choose not to sign-up online, you will be assigned a time that is still available once online sign-up closes on November 12^th. A Student Involved Conference letter will be sent home with your assigned time shortly after.

Here is the on-line sign-up for parents for your child(ren)’s Student Involved Conferences coming up on Thursday, November 21^st and Friday, November 22^nd.  Please sign up by Tuesday, November 12^th by 9:00 a.m.

PLEASE READ DIRECTIONS BELOW BEFORE SIGNING UP

Directions:

1)      Click on the below link for your children – they are divided up by Grade

2)      Fill in your child’s name – first and last

3)      Enter your e-mail address – you will get a confirmation e-mail (please keep as your reminder)

4)      Find each child’s teacher

5)      Select an appointment time for each teacher

* Please only sign-up with 1 teacher.

Important points to remember: 

-      once a time is selected, it will be removed from the listing to ensure no one else takes your spot

-      remember to record your appointment times or save your e-mail confirmation

-      a confirmation e-mail will be sent once appointment has been booked

-      it is best if you close off the webpage after booking first appointment and re-click the links in the e-mail to book another appointment

-      if you choose not to sign-up online, you will be assigned a time that is still available once online sign-up closes on Nov. 12^th and a letter will be sent home (as done in the past)
